因2019冠状病毒病疫情而放弃参加2020年夏季奥林匹克运动会的选手列表

2020年夏季奥林匹克运动会

下列显示因2019冠状病毒病疫情而放弃参加2020年夏季奥林匹克运动会的选手列表。其中在网球等项目中，有媒体指出部分对于参加奥运不感兴趣的选手会以2019冠状病毒病疫情作为拒绝参赛的借口[1][2]。除整体退赛外，还有20位选手也退赛。

尽管往届多数奥运会都会有人退赛，但是多出于个人或伤病等合理理由，部分体育项目为尊重其他选手权益一般不允许选手无故退赛。与此类似的事在上一届奥运会也因为类似的情形有18位选手退赛。
